How To Reset Your Propane Regulator
If propane is leaking out of the hole, (it's called a vent hole) the regulator is toast and MUST be replaced. Inside the regulator is a rubber diaphragm, sounds like yours has a hole in it. It is also advisable to replace the rubber gas line as well - most regulators come with a new line anyways.
